At rs-stamps.com, we pride ourselves on strict quality control standards and systems that ensure the vast majority of orders will be perfect. If for any reason we do make an error on a stamp, or the stamp does not function according to its specifications, we will replace it free of charge.
If a customer enters their text information with mistakes or obvious typos, we will generally be in contact with you before manufacture to make sure that is the correct information you require on the product. Until we hear back from you, your order will be placed on hold.
We make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered. Finally, if after ordering you realize you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email immediately, we work on a very fast turnaround and cannot make changes or cancellations unless they come in immediately after your order is placed.
